Brinda Dahal, who portrays the role of Vaishnavi in Sun Neo’s Chhathi Maiyya Ki Bitiya, shared, “As an extrovert, I find making friends comes naturally to me, and I love meeting new people. To me, a true friend is someone who understands you completely, can be trusted unconditionally, and is there through all life’s highs and lows. Friendship Day is a celebration of these incredible connections—the laughter, shared experiences, and deep bonds that make life special. Since I’m away from home filming for Chhathi Maiyya Ki Bitiya, I’ll be celebrating with my team. Siddhi Sharma, who portrays the role of Gulki in Sun Neo’s Ishq Jabariya shared, “Friendship Day is about valuing friends who feel like family. This year, I’ll keep things low-key but meaningful. Even though I’ll be working on Ishq Jabariya, I’m planning a small get-together at my place with both real-life friends and my co-stars. We’ll enjoy good food, music, and dancing. I’ll be inviting my co-stars, director, and producer. It’s these little moments that make it truly special.”
Chhathi Maiyya Ki Bitiya is a family drama centered on Vaishnavi (played by Brinda Dahal), an orphan who regards Chhathi Maiyya (portrayed by Devoleena Bhattacharjee) as a mother figure. On the other hand, Ishq Jabariya, is a touching love story featuring Gulki (Siddhi Sharma), a vibrant young woman with dreams of becoming an air hostess, who faces unforeseen obstacles on her journey.
